Half-day rentals: 9–1pm, 2–6pm, or 11–3pm
Full-day rentals: 9–6pm

How old do I have to be to rent?
You must be 25+ with a valid driver's license and credit card.
Do I need a boating license?
Yes, if you were born after January 1st, 1988, you’ll need a valid NC Boater’s License.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, with a pet deposit.
Is fuel included?
No. Boats are fueled before and after your rental—you only pay for what you use.
How far can we go?
Anywhere on Lake Norman with public access and no restrictions.
Can we bring alcohol?
Yes, but the designated captain must not consume any alcohol. NC boating laws apply.
What if the weather is bad?
We recommend checking forecasts before your rental. If bad weather arises, return to dock immediately.
What is your cancellation policy?
Full refunds are offered for cancellations made 24+ hours in advance.
Is fuel included?
No. Boats are fueled before and after your rental—you only pay for what you use.
Can we tube or ski behind the boat?
No towables are allowed to ensure safety and keep rentals affordable.
Other important policies:
Boats may not be beached on shorelines or islands.
Dock only at locations with at least 4 feet of water depth.
Waivers and liability forms must be signed by all authorized users.
